I'm a builder who keeps ending up in rooms that don't have a floor plan yet — and somehow that's turned into a career.

I spent nearly a decade as a professional actor before pivoting into coaching, which is a stranger transition than it sounds: both jobs are really about reading a room and helping someone find the version of themselves that actually lands. From there I built a university's coaching framework from scratch, rebuilt a closed LGBTQ+ resource centre into one departments actively sought out, and spent a year inside an AI company teaching language models what "sounding human" actually means. I'm currently a year into an MSc in Psychotherapy Studies, because I got tired of doing this well by instinct and wanted the theory to back it up.

The thread: I keep getting handed situations with no structure and people who need to feel understood, and I build the thing that holds both at once.

Right now I'm looking for a small, mission-led team where I can do that on purpose — coaching, culture, program design, or some combination nobody's invented a title for yet. This site (and thechatbot version of me you can talk to) is where I'm figuring that out in public. If you're building something and think I might be the missing piece, I'd like to hear about it.
